Rockwell BOA Order for LHD 8-MRG

This BOA Order was awarded on an other than full and open competition basis in accordance with Class Justification and Approval (J&A) No. 0222-23-028-00 citing 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements”, as implemented by FAR Subpart 6.302-1, as approved on 23 August 2023. This J&A applies to all orders placed under this requirement, as the supplies required under the scope of this BOA are deemed to be available only from the original source, Rockwell Automation, Inc.
