River Birch Road Asphalt Paving

Amendment 0001 is being issued which updates Performance Work Statement, Update Attachment 0001, and Provide Attachment 0003. 

The solicitation offer due date and time remains the same of 27 March 2026 by 2PM Central Time.

The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) - Rock Island District has a service requirement to cinduct the milling of existing asphalt pavement, the stockpiling of millings, and the placement of hot mix asphalt pavement and tack coat for the repaving of River Birch Road to the River Birch Campground at the USACE Thomson Causeway Recreation Area.
