The 2d Reconnaissance Battalion (2d Recon) requires a contractor to furnish, deliver, support, maintain, and recover two 7-meter-class rigid-hull inflatable boats (RHIBs) for training operations at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. The contractor shall maintain one additional fully compliant RHIB at a Contractor-controlled location as a contingent standby vessel, available to replace a primary RHIB within 48 calendar hours following a Contractor-responsible failure.
