AMENDMENT 0001: This notice is updated to state that Capability Statements from third parties will not be considered. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. BASE NOTICE: The Rhode Island Army National Guard (RIARNG) 56th Troop Command requires Billeting and Subsistence (Lodging and Food) for 178 individuals in support of the Leapfest 2025 Competition Event from 7/27/2025 – 8/5/2025. Meals include breakfast and dinner. The Government intends to award this requirement on a sole source basis in accordance with the attached justification.
