Supply Chain Management (SCM) General Products Branch is issuing this RFQ for 2 each Zurn Wilkins V375Y001 Backflow Valves or equal.  See attached RFQ document for Product Salient Characteristics, Delivery Location, terms and conditions.  RFQ document must be completed and returned no later than time of RFQ closing to be considered for award.  For questions regarding this requirment contact Jim Dear at jim.dear@gsa.gov.  If quoting an "or equal" product, it is the responsibility of the vendor to supply sufficient technical product data for an "or equal" determination to be made.  Failure to provide product technical data will result in your offer not being considered for award.
