RFQ for rep-piping and replacement work

The U.S. Embassy Berlin is looking for a vendor to carry out re-piping and replacement work at a property in Berlin.

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary to replace all potable water and sewage systems, and to renovate three bathrooms and a guest toilet at Rehkitzsteig 11A, 14195 Berlin. The work includes demolition, installation, waterproofing, tiling, painting, electrical integration, and final testing, in full compliance with applicable German codes and standards.
