Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Mobile Telecommunications Services. If you would like to submit proposal, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter.

The requirement is for the providing of Mobile Telecommunications Services to the U.S. Mission. The Contractor shall provide all necessary managerial, administrative and direct labor personnel as well as all transportation, tools, instrumentation, equipment and supplies required to perform the Services.

The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with three one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. The contractor must be a licensed mobile telecommunications service provider authorized by the Nepal Telecommunications Authority (NTA) to operate cellular network services within Nepal. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.
