The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting a technically acceptable offer at the lowest price. The purpose of this firm fixed price purchase order is to provide commercial kennel facilities and services in support of the Bureau of Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Toronto Preclearance Port of Entry.
