RFP for FMS Albania Case, Kucova Air Base NAVAIDS Program

This is a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) by the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Electronic Systems Directorate, Foreign Military Branch (FMS), AFLCMC/ESAK, Hanscom AFB, MA 01731.

This RFP is to provide the Albanian Air Force (AAF) with one (1) Very High Frequency Omni Directional Range Tactical Air Navigation (VORTAC) system; one (1) Category I Instrument Landing System/Distance Measuring Equipment (ILS/DME) system; and one (1) Weather Radar system for Kucova Air Base (AB), Albania.
