On 17 June 2025, Joint Base Lewis McChord Health Contracting Branch awarded sole source purchase order to Apyx Medical Corporation, 5115 Ulmerton Road Clearwater, FL 33760-4004 for Reunvion System Generator (APYX-RS3). Medical Readiness Contracting Office - Pacific hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole-source, firm fixed price contract under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). As a result, the Government intends to award directly to Apyx Medical Corporation, in Clearwater, FL in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
