The Department of Defense Concessions Committee (DoDCC) is a non-appropriated fund instrumentality (NAFI) within the Department of Defense (DoD) with oversight responsibility for commercial sales on the Pentagon Reservation. The DoDCC provides products and services to customers within the Pentagon Reservation to include food service, retail and vending. 

Retail partners of the DoDCC currently operating within the Pentagon include: CVS, AT&T, The Lynch Collection, Greensleeves Florist, The Original Velatis Caramel Company, Lumos Jewelers, Fort America, New York Tailors laundry/dry cleaning, and more.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Department of Defense Concessions Committee (DoDCC) intends to solicit interested vendors (through the competitive solicitation process) for a single follow-on License Agreement for a firm to operate and manage a retail baked goods store in designated space (approximately 1,156 sq. ft.) on the Concourse within the Pentagon in Arlington, VA.
