The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) on behalf of Airborne Strategic Command, Control, and Communications Program Office (PMA-271), is hereby issuing amendment 0004 to the competitive solicitation for the procurement of the PMA-271 Take Charge and Move Out (TACAMO) Recapitalization (E-XX) Program. This announcement is to share with industry the changes.  This is not a contract, a promise to contract, or commitment of any kind on the part of the Government.
