Request for Offers: Janitorial Services at multiple facilities for Northern and Southern Regions of Alaska

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is issuing this Request for Offers (RFO) for Janitorial Services at multiple locations in Northern and Southern regions of Alaska, in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). There are multiple SOWs. See attachments under Section J of this RFO.

Procurement for this requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside with NAICS Code 561720 Janitorial. Award will be made as a firm-fixed price contract, Base Year Plus 4 Option Years.

The Federal Aviation Administration, Seattle Regional Office, Acquisition Group, is conducting a Market Survey to improve the Government's understanding of the current marketplace and to identify capable sources. Interested sources must respond with information to confirm evidence of their qualifications and capabilities. Responses to this Market Survey will be used to determine if there is adequate competition to set the requirement aside for Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Businesses (SEDB/8(a)), Small Businesses, or full and open competition.
