Veterans Health Administration is seeking a lease for a VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Grants Pass, OR. The Government is seeking a minimum of 18,810 to a maximum of 19,800 of American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA) Occupant Area (ABOA) square feet (SF) of contiguous space within the Area of Consideration. VHA may not lease more than 23,909 rentable square feet (RSF). See attached documentation for all details..
