THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. THE NAICS CODE IS 238160 - ROOFING
CONTRACTORS - WITH A SIZE STANDARD OF $19 MILLION.

AWARD SHALL BE MADE TO THE LOWEST PRICE, TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE.

The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Replacement of the Roof for the Hazardous Operations Building (HAZOPS) at the Eastern Regional Research Center, located in Wyndmoor, Pennsylvania.

BACKGROUND:  The original HAZ-OPS Building was constructed in 1950 and is a single-story structure with a footprint of approximately 1,690 square feet.
