The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Replacement of the Roof for the Hazardous Operations Building (HAZOPS) at the Eastern Regional Research Center, located in Wyndmoor, Pennsylvania. BACKGROUND: The original HAZ-OPS Building was constructed in 1950 and is a single-story structure with a footprint of approximately 1,690 square feet. The building features a cast-in-place concrete structural frame with clay masonry infill between the concrete elements.
