The scope of work for this requirement involves removing approximately 1,260 square feet of vinyl and carpet flooring, reconditioning approximately 4,825 square feet of existing floors in two separate buildings. The Contractor shall provide all necessary supervision, labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to accomplish the work, as identified in the Statement of Work. The magnitude of this requirement is between $25,000 and $100,000. A site visit is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday 27 May at 0800 PDT.
