The mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC)- Ft. Bliss, TX intends to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) to award a single firm-fixed-price contract to provide a new metal shingle roof system including some wood plank deck replacement, new self-adhering underlayment, and new metal roof shingles installed in accordance with roofing manufacturer’s recommendations. The contractor will need to provide a 30-year manufacturer’s warranty with a 120-mph wind speed coverage.
