Repair of Landing Gears used on the MH65 aircraft

The contract was not awarded competitively for reasons illustrated on the approved Justification and Authority (J&A) using the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under 10 U.S.C. 3204 (a)(1) implemented by FAR Subpart 6.302-1 entitled Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.

Amendment 2 is extending the closing date to December 20, 2024 at 3:15 PM EST.

Amendment 1 is removing the FAR Clause 52.216-32 Task Order and Delivery-Order Ombudsman.  This clause in not applicable to this requirement.  Amendment 1 - Attachement 3 - Terms and Conditions have been added to the solicitation.
