***There was no amendment 004 posted yet, the previous "Q&A set 05" was posted in error (it's part of Q&A 04). There will be a forthcomming ammendment next week to extend the bid opening a week, we had some clarification questions that will be posted once the AE responds along with the Amendment 004 bid extention. ***Amendment 004, is to add answers to RFIs per Q&A Set 5 attachment dated 10 April 2024.  As a reminder, Contractors wishing to attend the Bid Opening are required to submit a new 125FW Form 2 -5 days prior to base entry for a US citizen and 22 days prior for a foreign national.  Contractors must use the current 125FW Form 2 Titled Form 2 Fillable (Aug 2023) - CAO 01MAR2024.
