The National Guard Bureau (NGB) intends to issue one (1) Invitation for Bids (IFB) to award one (1) fixed-price contract for construction activities. The New Mexico Air National Guard (NMANG) seeks to remodel the civil engineering shops located at Kirtland Air Force Base (AFB), New Mexico. The NMANG requires adequately sized and properly configured Civil Engineering facility to support the Target Intelligence and RED HORSE missions.
