Repair B1840 Roof

The purpose of this project is to demo existing roof areas and replace them with new Elastomeric Silicone Coating roof systems as identified in the specifications and project drawings. This work will be performed on Building 1840 (B1840) located in the Weapons Storage Araea (WSA), on Malmstrom AFB, MT. Work consists of the demolition of the existing roofing system including deteriorated membrane, underlayment, ice and water shield, gutters, soffit and fascia, and all other flashings and trim, fasteners and gutters associated with the existing system. Installation of the new roofing system includes new membrane as specified, new soffit and fascia, and new gutters and downspouts IAW specifications and drawings.
