The purpose of this project is to renovate Dormitory 742 located at Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana. This project will include the following types of work: asbestos abatement, mold remediation, landscaping, structural, architectural, fire suppression, mechanical/electrical, and communications. The Scope of Work of this project will focus primarily on the interior, replacing furniture, finishes, and reconfiguring spaces to allow for wider doorways. The exterior work focuses on window replacement and repairing/replacing damaged sidewalks.
