This amendment updates the quantities for Port O Johns and Wash Stations at Location 4 for both the Base and Option Years as follows:

• Port O Johns: Quantity changed from 1,000 to 980
• Wash Stations: Quantity changed from 600 to 375

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
