THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The Contractor shall provide an articulated boom type underbridge inspection vehicle equipped with a communication system such that verbal contact can be maintained between the bucket/platform and main control station. A driver shall also be provided to serve as the driver of the vehicle. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) will provide personnel to operate the basket. The underbridge inspection vehicle will be used by USACE structural engineers to inspect seven (7) Corps-owned bridges at various sites in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont.
