Renovations of 6 bathrooms and a re-pipe of all potable water lines, hot, cold and circulation

Purpose and Objectives

The purpose of this project is to replace all defective water and sewage found

pipes and modernizing the existing potable water and sewage systems

throughout the facility to ensure compliance with current German standards

for safety, efficiency, and hygiene.

The renovation includes full re-piping, fixture installation, waterproofing, tiling,

painting, and electrical integration, resulting in a long-term, code-compliant,

and reliable system.
