Renovation of the American Diplomacy House

Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for renovation of the American Diplomacy House at the Embassy Annex Compound, located in Seoul, Korea.  If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section J of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached solicitation document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1442 of attached RFQ.

Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Seoul requires the modernization of the Hall at the American Diplomacy House (ADH) to establish a cohesive visual identity aligned with American Spaces standards at the Embassy Annex Compound, Seoul, Korea. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the Contracting Officer.  The Government plans to issue the solicitation in Aug 2026. The solicitation will be posted on the SAM.gov -no paper copies will be made available. Please see the RFQ for the actual response date and for specific quotation requirements.
