Renovation of EMB offices, Luxembourg

U.S. Embassy Luxembourg has a requirement for a contractor to provide renovation of existing offices.

The Embassy will award the purchase order with the supplies or services being assigned to the contractor on the lowest price, technically acceptable basis.
