Remotely Operated Underwater Vehicles (ROV's) CBP Ports of Jacksonville, Miami, FL and Newark, NJ

This requirement is for commercial items below the SAT. It is governed by FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures) and FAR 6.302-1 (Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements). Only the Oceanbotics SRV-8 underwater ROV can meet the unique requirements demanded by CBP’s operating areas including Ports with high currents, low clarity, and high turbidity.
