Remanufacture of 8618 80 KW High Power Triode

BNL seeks a qualified vendor to reproduce the 8618, 80 KW High Power Triode tube, including all necessary non-recurring engineering (NRE). In the absence of original schematics, the vendor shall develop sufficient drawings and technical documentation to fabricate the tube to remanufactured specifications and provide a complete drawing package upon completion. The vendor will also produce all required manufacturing fixtures, tooling, and build instructions, and all tubes shall be manufactured using new materials and subassemblies to ensure long-term reliability.
