Relocation of Equipment and Installation of New Equipment

The USDA-Agricultural and Marketing Service project is to move and install equipment at a cotton classing facility in Abilene, Texas. 

Background:

Air compressors and dryers are integral parts of the mechanical system used to measure and classify cotton samples.  A new air compressor was purchased and requires installation.  The old air compressor will be retained as a backup for redundancy purposes.  The current location of the old air compressor exposes it to external weather conditions that are detrimental to the life of the equipment.  All air compressor and dryer equipment needs to be moved into the mechanical room.  ....
