This is a PRESOLICITATION announcement. The solicitation is anticipated to be posted to Contract Opportunities on SAM.gov on or around July 15, 2025. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project consists of repair by replacement of the T150 building through demolition of the existing building and re-construction at the same site. The new building will include open shop space, open storage, fitness room, restrooms and a mezzanine for open storage, minimal site work to include security fencing and access controls, path, and aprons.
