The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform solid waste management at the Rome Research / DFAS installation in Rome, New York, at the Newport Research Facilities in Newport, New York, and at the Stockbridge Research Facilities in Oneida, New York.
