Pre-Solicitation Notice: The Government intends to solicit this requirement directly from suppliers and interested sources IAW Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) FAR 5.1 and FAR 12.201-1(c)(2) for a firm-fixed price service contract for refuse collection services for the 301 Air Force Reserve Command at Naval Air Station Forth Worth Joint Reserve Base, TX.
