This contract action was not available for competition and as such was awarded on a sole source basis. The supporting rationale is as follows. Pennsylvania Department of Military and Veteran Affairs (DMVA) (Commonwealth of Pennsylvania) awarded a contract to Williams Scotsman Inc., to provide refrigeration containers on site at Fort Indiantown Gap in support of a renovation construction contract to the Troop Issue Subsistence Activities (TISA) warehouse.
