AMENDMENT 0001 The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the revise Statement of Need (SON) dated 01/13/2026 and attach the responses to contractors questions. The solicitation response due date has changed until 01/20/2026. Contractors must acknowledge this amendment by filling out SF 30 Amendment 36C78626Q50006 0001, section #8 and 15(a-c). Please see attached Contractor Questions/Government Responses and Revised SON. The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) has a requirement for Franklin Red Crushed Granite Rock and Aggregate Course Screening Grey Rock for the Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
