PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineer (USACE), Philadelphia District (NAP), anticipates a requirement to inspect and recertify the Willard Marine Sea Force 670 SOLAS rescue boat for continued use on the Dredge McFARLAND.
