This solicitation will be developed into an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contract vehicle for an ordering period lasting from 22 July 2025 through 21 July 2030. This solicitation will not be developed into a requirements contract vehicle. Reading Efficiency and Comprehension Improvement Course (REACIC) is a non-personal services contract to provide an 8-hour Speed Reading class to improve US Army Command and General Staff Officers Course (CGSOC) students reading speed and comprehension. As a result of the training the students reading comprehension will, at a minimum, increase an individual's reading speed by 50%. See Solicitation PWS/PRS for more details.
