R5 Fire Protection, Fire Suppression Systems & Alarms, Emergency Generator, and Backflow/Valve Systems

This is a firm-fixed-price Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial services to for managing and maintaining the Region 5 Fire Protection System, Fire Suppression & Alarm Systems and Emergency Generator and Blackflow Valve Systems (FFEB). The Contractor will closely monitor all aspects of the work with Inspections, Testing, and Preventative Maintenance (ITPM), and identify any deficiencies and implement corrective actions in accordance with applicable codes or standards such as but not limited to National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), International Fire Code (IFC), and any current associated guidelines or codes will be followed and implemented as required.
