The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to acquire, via sole source acquisition, a service to facilitate the Strategic Leadership Symposium hosted by The Chief of Navy Chaplains.
