R499--Confined Space Inventory Service

Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Bay Pines VA Healthcare System (BPVAHCS), intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order for comprehensive confined space identification, evaluation, documentation, signage, training, and Confined Space Program development services. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform a comprehensive survey of confined spaces located throughout the Bay Pines VA Healthcare System campus.
