The subject contract action is to procure construction security services and construction security surveillance services to support a secure construction project onboard Keflavik Air Base (KAB), Keflavik, Iceland, in accordance with (IAW) the Intelligence Community Directive (IDC) 705 series and Department of Defense (DoD) policies.
