R136 - Exterior painting woodwork walls and dormers

The United States Government (USG), Department of State (DOS), requires exterior façade painting of a residential building located within the Brussels Region, Belgium.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation when the solicitation is issued.

The Government may award the contract based on initial offers without discussions. However, discussions may be held if necessary. The resulting contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract.
