Supply Specifications, would the Government please remove the reference to Medical grade monitors on page 7?  Above this reference on page 6 the Government specifies a monitor is required, and the specifications of that monitor appear below the bullet list and elsewhere in the component description, all of which set forth an LCD monitor specification which is not medical grade.
