The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10 is seeking to acquire eyeglass dispensary services for VISN 10 (sites listed below). In general, VISN 10 requires a contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision to provide eyeglass dispensary services, to include various functions such as fitting, adjustments, dispensing, repairs, and education.
