This RFQ amendment includes clarifying that personnel meeting any of the following professional qualifications are eligible to satisfy the Statement of Work (SOW) and associated qualification requirements: (1) Audiologists holding a Master s or Doctoral degree; (2) technologists certified in intraoperative neuromonitoring through the Certified in Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring (CNIM) credential; and (3) Remote Neurologists providing intraoperative neurophysiologic oversight.
