The purpose of this amendment to RFQ 36C26226Q0144 is the following: - The quote due date and time is extended until 02-23-2026 3:00 PM PST. - The SOW has been updated, see attached. - The incumbent contractor and contract number: - Risen Video Production (8MQY5), 36C26221D0001. This RFQ amendment includes clarifying that personnel meeting any of the following professional qualifications are eligible to satisfy the Statement of Work (SOW) and associated qualification requirements: (1) Audiologists holding a Master s or Doctoral degree; (2) technologists certified in intraoperative neuromonitoring through the Certified in Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring (CNIM) credential; and (3) Remote Neurologists providing intraoperative neurophysiologic oversight.
