The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), intends to enter into an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for Board Certified/Board Eligible in Gastroenterology and provide Gastroenterology Physician Services on site in accordance with the specifications contained herein to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the South Texas Veterans Health Care System (STVHCS), Audie L.
