The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 requires Reference Laboratory Testing Services for the Louis Stokes VA Medical Center, Pathology and Laboratory Service located in Cleveland, OH. The Government intends to publish a Total Small Business Set Aside solicitation IAW FAR 19.502-2 on or about 1/29/2026.
