The U.S. Embassy London requires the supply, delivery, and registration of a new SUV-type vehicle in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions set out in this document.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order under this solicitation to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable (LPTA) responsible offeror/quoter, in accordance with FAR 52.212-1. The Government intends to make award on the basis of initial quotations, without conducting discussions, but reserves the right to hold discussions with companies within the competitive range if necessary.
