Provision of Ultrasounds for the Ministry of Health and Social Services (MHSS) - Brand Name Requirement

The U.S. Embassy Windhoek hereby provides the following solicitation  in respect of the issuance of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for:
The U.S. Embassy located in Windhoek, Namibia, requires the provision of ultrasound machines, transducers, consumable supplies, training and support on the machines for five Namibian Hospitals.

The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
